I would be happy to go over an option for you, but based on the axle tag you provided your axle is pretty short at only 77.5" hub face to hub face so we do not have a 5200lb standard axle that would work as our shortest 5200lb axle is 86-1/2" long.

The most common bolt pattern for a 15" trailer wheel is 6 on 5-1/2" so this is very likely what you have now. In order to choose the correct spare you just need to know your tire size. The Westlake ST225/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire w/ 15" Silver Mod Wheel part # LHAW124 for example uses a 225/75-15 tire (load range e) with 6 on 5-1/2" wheel.
